Itria Valley
The Itria Valley is the most well-known area of central Puglia for its trulli. Throughout the valley there are trulli, ranging from unrestored agricultural field stores to large masserias and houses restored to a high standard. The valley ranges from Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni in the east, towards Alberobello in the west.

It is not surprising the area is sought-after, as the rolling hills, with olive groves and fruit orchards, form an exceptionally attractive landscape. And at the same time you can have a peaceful rural atmosphere whilst being within a few minutes' drive of the most attractive towns of the area including Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello.

This area is one of the most sought-after in Puglia. However, because of price rises in recent years in other areas, this location is now appearing good value for property.
